So n e a r yet so f a r

Man i'm so depressed... I've been looking for this Superman action fig (inspired from the Kingdom Come Comics by my favorite artist Alex Ross) since 4th year high and I still haven't found it. Actually I saw it once on CATS collectibles, kaso 5k. Hello.. I'd be so damn crazy if I buy it. Then I realize that my 25% chance of buying it turned into 0. But just this minute ago I tried searching for it on bidshot.com and saw this

Hugs, Kisses and some Ketchup Pringles.

These past few days were somewhat like a vacation to me because i've enjoyed every minute of it. Okay I was exaggerating... maybe once in every 45 minutes? hehe Well, there were bumpy rides and not to mention staggering ones. Anyway, my grandpa's sister arrived with her very funny son and imagine, those 3 days without classes gave me the ticket to roam around the malls of Metro Manila. Like about 3 malls in a day. Not to mention my first time experience to play in a real Casino. lol

This events took place after the successful Aquino Family reunion.

Monday: Greenhills - I didn't like this day. 'Nuff said'. Saisaki;

Tuesday: Got my Faramir!!! :D thanks Zoider! ; Gateway ; UST; Mall of Asia - Lola Prima bought us (me and tito Donn) 4 cans of Pringles. TRY THE KETCHUP FLAVORED one. Sarap.. now i'm craving.. *drool* haha ; Duty Free ; Market Market; Casino Filipino. AND I was even able to finish my plate! hehe

Wednesday: Greenhills - Skipped classes... bad.. lol ; White Plains - to visit my gramps's cousin Lola Jaye.

Thursday: Nah.. UST lang, though I got home at almost 11pm cuz I still ate dinner with my nightfriends. Oh! and I also watched The Devil Wears Prada with twin Ains. I loved it, though I didn't understand some parts at first... obviously its because of our clear copied dibidi. I really love Anne Hathaway! She fits perfectly to become the next Wonder Woman! Sana siya nalang..

Friday: ABS-CBN - kukunin na daw ako sa pinoy big academy eh.. hehe just kidding. Nah, just accompanied my mom. ; Starbucks ; Kinderhaus - Went to Kobe's school for their activity program.

Saturday: I'm gonna finish all my unfinished business. So help me God.

Anyway, i'll update this later with pictures cuz i haven't uploaded them yet. Shux! I havent watched the ending of My Girl! Kwento nyo nalang guys! haha

Sa Rurok ng Himala

Ang moral lesson of the day:

Huwag mamigay sa namamalimos dahil baka ikaw pa ang mapasama.

I'm too lazy to share the details... All I know is that most poor old people hate salty chips. *Period* They prefer to be given a hundred bucks for a bite of Lechon or enough money to buy a spateti meal in Jawlibi. And if you plan on telling them that what they're doing is wrong, lemme give you a piece of advice. Just get the hell out of your seat and run as fast as you can. I'm not kidding.. That old woman in the jeep looked like a holla senyorita rather than a pitiful grandma.

Anyway, I missed P.E today... Just when I took that short break from my 3-day errand, I've missed our prelims. Exhausting daw eh sabi ni Twin but it doesnt matter, kahit 7am-9pm ako tomorrow, sige lang at least I don't have to fuss on it anymore. Its a good thing our Graphic Arts prof allowed me to leave early on Sat. cuz there's gonna be a grand reunion of the Aquino Clan. Rumors say that Kris Aquino will be there. I'd say it's a No deal! sus.. niwala naman mga relatives ko. hehe

We (Ryan, Aina and my mom) went to Fj's grill last Monday as a reward for checking my mom's test papers. She teaches 3rd yr college students.. Ironic lang dun is.. I don't study. lol

So what else is new about me.. I'm not that hooked into Ebay cuz I found this message board for toy collectors. (Thanks to Ebayer Josef) Recently, I got myself a Marvel Legends Thor with Maestro Hulk and WarMachine. (Sana nakarelate kayo) And then this guy from TKPH was offering me a deal of Faramir in Box for 700.. Should I go for it? maybe.. Hai grabe, super addict na si Juz. Ewan ko ba, toys/comics give me this kind of happiness. Tangible man sila, I still treat them as part of who I am. So yeah, toys + comics = happiness.

What else, ahh!! the Prelim exams! I didn't study that much unlike others who memorized each item and their mind-busting descriptions. Stock knowledge lang talaga investment ko sa mga ganyan. hehe Anyway, September is near.. Wish ko lang may pumunta sa celebration ko. Kahit madami na akong atraso sa iba senyo. huhu Some celebrants from my block will be contributing so on Sept. 18, 2006, please pray that our house won't fall off. lol Grand birthday bash yan! hehe and of course, hiwalay yung sa childhood and puberty friends ko. :p hehe

So I guess that's it... That's all I can say.. That's all I can say.. whoo hyper!! Though I have to wake up at 7am tom.. Naku, sana matino grade ko sa AD design.. Lord please.. *praying* *kneeling*

"Less food more toys"

Yep.. I don't care how much i'm spending for these little figures cuz i'm willing to give it all.

Went to Greenhills earlier this afternoon with my friend Bam only to find that gorgeous (and cheap) Superman Sealed on box figure. I'm gonna get it this Sunday. hehe (Updated: joke lang.. I got it a while ago. :p)

Then more birthdays to come.. meaning more gifts to buy. :p ok lang, friends naman sila eh.

Tomorrow ko palang maffeel na prelims. 3 subjects straight. ADPRAC, PHILO, and LITERATURE. Good luck nalang sakin. I havent read a single page! :o

When people ask me why I'd spend a three-digit zero over lifeless figures, I often answer them in a shallow tone. Gusto ko lang. Yeah its true.. I'm beginning to feel that enthusiasm. That inner core each collector has. Parang third eye... you only discover once you try to open it. But for those who still haven't understood what i'm blurbing here...

So all in all, 8*56 divided by a 5 % discount price, i'd say it's good to be alive. ALIVE AND FREE!!! :D

Crevasse.

Pretty much updated right? Let's just say it's been two crazy weeks filled with ups, downs and a cherry on top of the icing. What icing? Anyway, I would rather share the parts I remember than killing my braincells just to recall everything.

Hmm.. I watched two movies. Local and International. Sukob with my friends and ...

A workaholic architect, who has been overlooking his family in favor of his career, comes across a universal remote that allows him to perform TiVo-like functions on his life, such as pausing events or fast-forwarding over them. When the remote begins creating its own memory and choosing what to fast-forward over, the man sees how much of his personal life has passed him by and realizes the importance of spending more time with his family.

I remember Christopher Walken saying this line to Adam Sandler: "Conflicts are just conflicts. They're part of life." Ata.. or baka imbento lang ako. haha I had a good time laughing, crying, etc. Even my grandpa enjoyed. :) whoo.. crush lang kasi si Kate Beckinsale. :p Anyway, the whole story struck me like a bolt of hot iron since all i've been doing is complaining about simple yet complicated situations given to me by fate. Basta... the moral lesson is: "Family first" And for those who are quite updated with what's goin on with me.. Sorry guys, i'll share it again.. I am an uncontrollable freak with an obsessive / addictive chasm for ebay.

Should I post the items I bought? Okay.. This is my blog after all. :p
